What to expect?
When you board the "En Caliente" You will be greeted by the ever friendly Capt. Gabino Montano & mate Manuel Gabono (son). Capt.
Gabino has the "Los Cabos" all time record for the largest billfish! A 1,256lb Blue Marlin!! See PICS...
They will assist your group in getting settled, belongings stowed aboard. You will be asked what species you would like to target and how much
assistance you want from the crew. Some folks want to do it all, some know nothing, some are in between. If you brought your own tackle they
will check it thoroughly prior to deployment. Or you can use our brand new high tech Shimano equipment for no charge!
While running to the fishing grounds at 25 mph, you can climb up onto the roomy flying bridge and watch for signs of fish, whales, and porpoise,
or relax down below in the luxurious air conditioned salon, choose from over 100 DVD's to watch, listen to music, take a nap, or ????
We subscribe to the latest satellite models that predict weather patterns and give actual sea surface temperatures so we don't waste your time in
non productive areas. Our radar system can also detect feeding birds and jumping porpoise up to 8 miles away!! However, always be ready for
the sound of Lines peeling out and someone yelling "Hookup!!
Breakfast & Lunch will be provided by your hotel or it can be catered by "Caleb's Cafe" @ $14/person.. Enjoy the feast in our luxurios air
conditined salon or out on the sunny deck or fly bridge.
After your successful fishing day your crew will serve you complimentary Hors d' uvers and drinks while cleaning, professionally vacuum sealing
and freezing your catch on board.
During the speedy run back to port, feel free to take a shower, relax in the air conditioned salon, watch DVD's or whatever...
